​The goal of vocational skills training is to facilitate students’ successful transition to life after high school. Specifically teamwork assembly lines jobs are meant to replicate employment, which our students may encounter after they have left the public school system. The vocational training is based on each student’s needs, abilities, and fostering group work independent living skill.  

 

Assembly lines activities can be set up to facilitate a need within the school, as in the video example.  Students were required to create bags to help package two different items for sales . Assembly lines activities can also be premade, re-settable kits to support students in generalizing these skills.
